Integrated Healthcare System : Fostering A Healthy Nation

Empowered by our extensive experience in managing IT projects of varying scale together with empirical input from medical practitioners, HeiTech has developed an Integrated Hospital Information Management System ("IHMS") focused towards providing the best in healthcare system.

This IHMS was developed based on thorough understanding of the complex and sensitive medical and healthcare industry. This System therefore fits seamlessly to the day-to-day operations of any medical or healthcare institution regardless of size, location and specific needs.

Our flagship application is the Patient Management System ("SPP"), a non-clinical system developed for government hospitals. The SPP is intended to improve a hospital's business processes and services.

Maybank Berhad : Metro-E Project

MAYBANK Metro-E project is the first and biggest Metro-E project awarded to HeiTech. This particular project has a higher Service Level Agreement ("SLA") as compared to our previous engagements.

With customer satisfaction on our service, they awarded HeiTech with an off-site ATM network connectivity contract for more than twenty (20) sites and external agencies connections. Due to the relatively new nature of the product, our network team had to experience concurrent learning, installation and commissioning of the technology and further received commendation from the Maybank IT team, which consequently led to the additional order for twenty (20) sites.

BANK SIMPANAN NASIONAL BERHAD : Digitalized WAN-LAN and Server Consolidation Project

The project comprises of hybrid wide area network (WAN) set up, whereby it involves network migration to MPLS and IP Broadband for HQ and fourteen (14) regional offices, provide end-to-end managed IP broadband to more than six hundred (600) connections for branches and ATM nationwide.

The project deliverables include a multiple high speed connectivity at BSN's headquarters and its disaster recovery center through multi carrier providers. Concurrently, this network implementation also involved the migration from ESCON to OSA for mainframe connectivity. This has made BSN a one-stop centre for IT infrastructure.

Hajj Management System

In fulfilling the demands and increasing number of pilgrims every year, HeiTech has upgraded Hajj Management Fund's previous system to a new and efficient system that manages to reduce processing time, eliminate inefficiencies and ultimately ensuring a smooth process of handling thousands of pilgrims from this country to Mecca.

Government Trade Administration Portal

Government Trade Administration Portal has been designed and developed by HeiTech as the information exchange platform for the public and business community to interact efficiently with the government, specifically with Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

Government Pension Management System

The development of a single database linking the Pensions Department to government agencies facilitates the process of registration, monitoring and eventually forward planning to improve government pensioners' quality of living.

Road Transport Management System : A Complete Vehicle and Driver Information System

HeiTech has successfully established IT related systems infrastructure at all Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan branches which manage a centralized driver database and connectivity to enhance the processing and issuance of driving license, road tax and vehicle registration. To date, the system covers more than twelve (12) million vehicle registrations and over ten (10) million issuance of driving licenses.

Integrated Immigrations Management System : World Traveler Convenience

Malaysia is among the first country to issue a machine readable passport with a smart chip. The smart passport features facilitate immigration clearance in all countries that support the International Civil Aviation Organization or ICAO standards. The Jabatan Imigresen traveler databank is linked on-line to Malaysian embassy and high commissions around the globe for easy and quick up-to-date information access.

Citizen Identification and Population Management System : Maintaining the Integrity of A Nation's Database

The computerization and modernization project for Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara ("JPN") was the first of- its kind in the world with the introduction of the government multi-purpose card or MyKad. HeiTech integrates the Malaysian citizens' vital information from birth, adoption, marriage, and divorce to death into a single solution database, which is known as the National Population Database. It uses several diverse technologies including Biometrics for individual's identification which is stored in a centralized databank. Consequently, this database has been used by many other government agencies through link-up system with NRD to efficiently verify individual's identity.

Postal Management System : One-Stop Convenience Centre

Our computerization and modernization project for the Postal Management System has allowed Malaysians today to conveniently conduct their transactions such as buying unit trust shares, paying utility bills and property taxes, and renewing driving and business licenses online, real-time, at any post offices nationwide.

Unit Trust Management System : Real Time Investment Management

HeiTech provides complete IT solutions for one of the largest unit trust schemes in the world. With the implementation of the real-time investment system, which was the first-of-its kind in the world, millions of unit holders all over Malaysia from remote area to major cities make their transactions on line real-time, quickly and conveniently through nationwide network infrastructure that links the entire delivery system (post offices and all branch offices of major banks).

INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVES

With strong roots and experience as a premier transformation agent in the local IT scene, HeiTech is now making headway into the global marketplace. Initial international projects pioneered and implemented by HeiTech include the development and provision of travel document printing for the Department of Immigration and Emigration in Sri Lanka and citizen's registration system in Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Driven by strategic business expansion decision, HeiTech actively collaborates with both the commercial and governmental sectors within various countries leveraging on its local-based partners and investment companies such as PT. Inter-City Kerlipan in Indonesia and InTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Sri Lanka and Saaed LLC in Dubai, UAE.

HeiTech's international pursuit capitalizes on its industry specific experts and leading technology knowledge allowing it to offer services such as system integration, customized solutions, full-scale project implementation life-cycle, ICT infrastructure outsourcing and managed services for public and commercial sectors.

HeiTech's immediate focus includes the South East Asia, Middle East, Europe, Economic Cooperation for West African States ("ECOWAS") and Commonwealth for Independent State of former Soviet Union ("CIS") regions.

Project for the Department of Immigration and Emigration, Sri Lanka

The project for the Department of Immigration and Emigration (DIE Project) in Sri Lanka marks our first entry into the international arena. This project comprises of an integrated solution for the development and implementation of the Travel Document Printing System for the personalization of travel documents.

National ID Project for the province of Northern Sulawesi, Indonesia

This project, which was awarded to us by PT Bina Mitra Serasi, for the development and provision of a citizen's registration system or Sistem Kartu Tanda Penduduk [KTP], capturing over three hundred thousand (300,000) citizens.
