As a British Chevening Scholar, Noriswadi Ismail currently serves as the Group General Counsel / Company Secretary of HeiTech Padu Berhad. Called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2001, a registered Trade Mark and Patent Agent in Malaysia. He leads the legal affairs, corporate secretarial, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance and intellectual asset portfolio of the Group and its subsidiaries. A member of the Executive Committee, a Secretary for all Board Committees of HeiTech Padu Berhad and several of its subsidiaries.

He holds a directorship position in PT. Inter-City Kerlipan Indonesia, a subsidiary of HeiTech Padu Berhad. At academic front, he is a guest lecturer on Intellectual Property in emerging technologies at his Alma matter, Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, IIUM and intellectual property management at Asia e University. Recently, he was awarded the Malaysian Institute of Management - Public Bank Young Manager of the Year Award 2008.
