Khaeruddin, currently serves as Company Secretary of HeiTech Padu Berhad. He is also Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Motordata Research Consortium Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of HeiTech Padu Berhad.

Khaeruddin has vast and diversified experience in management and leadership spanning from publishing, university and investment cooperatives, learning and development, hospitality services, travel, transportation, ICT, unit trust/fund management to automotive insurance and collision repair industries. He is a member, board of advisers of the Malay Journalists Association of Malaysia and advisor to the Human Capability Association Inc. Zamboanga City, Mindanao. He also guest lectures Master of Business Administration programs at International Business School, University Technology Malaysia, University Malaysia Sabah, Universitas Airlangga and Development Board for Training and Development, both in Surabaya, Indonesia. He has a column in the industry magazine BodyshopNewsAsia published in Sydney, Australia. Occasional invited keynote speaker at industry conferences and forums both at home and abroad. Previously served on the board of the Outward Bound Trust of Malaysia (OBS) and an immediate past president of the University of Hull Alumni in Malaysia.
