Dato' Mohd Fadzli is the Independent Non-Executive Director of HeiTech Padu Berhad. He started his career in broadcasting with Radio Malaysia and joined British Broadcasting Corporation, United Kingdom from 1970 to 1976. Appointed as the Head of Marketing for Bank Bumiputra (M) Berhad from 1976 to 1981. Joined Malaysian National Insurance Sdn. Bhd. as the Deputy General Manager before joining Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad as General Manager in 1984 specifically to set up the first Malaysian takaful operation. He then served as Chief Executive Officer and Director for Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad until September 2005. He is a member of the Board of Trustee, Sultan Mizan Royal Foundation. He is also a member of the Islamic Religious Affairs Council Negeri Sembilan.

Appointed as a Director of HeiTech Padu Berhad on 7 October 2005.

Attended all of the six (6) Board Meetings held during the financial year 2008. No family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholders of HeiTech Padu Berhad. No conflict of interest with HeiTech Padu Berhad. No convictions for offences within the past ten (10) years other than traffic offences.
