Tan Sri Dato' Mohd Zuki is the Independent Non-Executive Director for HeiTech Padu Berhad. He was an Exco member and Speaker of the State Assembly in Pahang Darul Makmur and later a Senator in the Dewan Negara. He is currently, the Chairman of Island & Peninsular Berhad, Perumahan Kinrara Berhad, Digiphonic Sistem Sdn. Bhd. and Cosmovision Production Sdn. Bhd.

Tan Sri Dato Mohd Zuki was appointed as a Director of HeiTech Padu Berhad on 1 April 2000 and also serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

His current directorships in public and private companies include Island & Peninsular Berhad, Perumahan Kinrara Berhad, Tomypack Holdings Berhad, Amanah Saham Pahang Berhad, Digiphonic Sistem Sdn. Bhd. and Cosmovision Production Sdn. Bhd.

He attended all six (6) Board Meetings held during the financial year 2008. No family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholders of HeiTech Padu Berhad. No conflict of interest with HeiTech Padu Berhad. No convictions for offences within the past ten (10) years other than traffic offences.
