• Conduct user requirements study and assessments with clients to identify the organizational business process improvement and technical requirement
• Produce the Systems Requirement Specification Report and present the proposed solution to the customer
• Perform systems analysis, systems design and assist in the production of the Technical Systems Design Document

• Coordinate and assist the Users during the User Acceptance Testing
