Design Rationale
The design concept for HeiTech Padu Berhad’s 2008 Annual Report is inspired by honey: one of the most significant and symbolic gifts from nature.

Produced by bees as a source of nutrition for their colony, the amazing qualities of honey is legendary. Since time immemorial, man has enjoyed this richly sweet harvest for both its nutritional as well as its therapeutic and even medicinal benefits. Such was the value of honey that it was also believed to have been used in place of gold to pay taxes during the ancient Roman empire.

Honey is created when a hive of bees work diligently together. Not too different from the kind of precision collaboration that must occur among diverse teams when information technology transforms organizations and
communities.

Honey, therefore, is akin to the multifarious benefits that result from the harnessing of cutting-edge information technology that HeiTech delivers to its customers. Similarly, HeiTech is confident the ‘sweetness’ our efforts impart, enriches lives to no end. Thus, the value creation of honey is indeed limitless; which transcends innovation and solutions of our lives for a better tomorrow.
