Infrastructure Development and Management Services

Our expertise comes from our own knowledge and our first-hand experiences. Here, we design, build, operate, and maintain data center facilities. On top of that we keep abreast of the latest development in physical environment systems, the Telecommunications Industry Association and the Electronic Industries Association (“TIA/EIA”), the Data Privacy Act, and the Tiering concept developed by Uptime Institute which presides over the data center technology. Come to us if you want to develop your very own data center or would like us to operate and manage your data center, while you focus on your core services. Our services are in the following areas:

Electrical
• UPS Distribution Boards with indication lights and measurement meter for the electrical system in the Computer Data Center. The design shall have provision for proper Residual Current Circuit Breaker and Circuit Breaker Rating.
• Cable baskets of galvanized steel for data cables for the entire data center.
• Rack power points installed under raised floor. A design that presents any individual faulty equipment from all other adjacent equipment.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (“UPS”)
• A scalable solution to the conventional needs of UPS which will be able to adapt to increasing and unpredictable power requirement, and hence reduce capital costs.
• A system to increase availability of the power system by reducing the points of failure between the UPS
and all critical loads, an architecture that will reduce the possibility of human error significantly.

Air-Conditioning System
• The Air-Cooled Precision Cooling Unit (“PCU”) takes into consideration the computer / equipment racks and these PCUs are designed with redundancy.
• A system that is under-floor air discharged which supplies cold air in the room from under the raised floor.

Fire Protection System
• High Sensitivity Smoke Detection System to be adopted. This system offers earliest possible warning of potential fire .
• Dry Gas Suppression system that is a clean and dry system that does not need dramatic cleaning after discharge.

Water Detection System
• Equipped with special sensing cables detects liquid along the entire length and makes it possible to detect leaks at their source.

Raised Floor System
• Fire and water-resistant raised floor at specific quality and height above ground to facilitate better cable management.

Physical Security System
• Monitoring systems of the data center and main passageways, which will enhance overall security. The presence of these cameras also acts as surveillance and recording of activities happening in monitored areas.
• Access systems such as the biometric finger readers and iris readers that complement security management system.

Environment Monitoring System
• A system that monitors data center facilitates and infrastructure such as monitoring status of all breakers, UPS, air condition, room temperature , humidity levels, water leakage detection and intrusion.

Command Center and Projection System
• To be able to manage system and equipment through a graphic facility projected on a large screen.
• These are important components in making a data center a complete, comprehensive and effective center.
