Independent Non-Executive Director. Started career as an Accountant with Wilson, Bishop, Bowes & Craig, Chartered Accountant, Australia. Vast experience in accountancy, financial operations, investment and corporate services both in the public and commercial sectors. Before retiring, served as the Group Director, Finance and Corporate Services of Guthrie Berhad Group.

Appointed as a Director of HeiTech Padu Berhad on 8 March 2005. Serves as a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) Committee and Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) Committee. Current directorships in public companies include Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, BIMB Unit Trust Management Berhad, CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad and Bank Simpanan Nasional.

Attended all of the seven (7) Board Meetings held during the financial year 2007. No family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholders of HeiTech Padu Berhad. No conflict of interest with HeiTech Padu Berhad. No conviction for any offence within the past ten (10) years other than traffic offences.
